Our Lego League team, the Incredibots, is making this blog for our project for the 2016 First Lego League competition. The theme this year is Trash Trek. We started thinking about all of the things we go through quickly and what we can do to recycle or reuse them. We all outgrow our shoes fast and we had no clue if there was a way to recycle our shoes.

We found out that there are companies that collect shoes for many different uses. Nike has a collection box in each of their stores. They collect shoes to recycle them into tracks for runners. Soles 4 Souls and One World Running collect shoes to send to other countries. We wanted to make a list of all of the places you can take your shoes for recycling or reuse. Because we figured if we didn't know about these recycling options, others don't too.

Looking at our list, the locations in blue are Nike stores that collect shoes, locations in green are for Sloes 4 Souls, and locations in orange are for One World Running.
